Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of a copper mule mug.

Fill the mug with ice.

Pour in the vodka, apple cider, and lemon juice.

Add the ginger beer and stir gently to combine.

Finish with a drizzle of caramel on top and garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
