Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz dry white wine chilled
  • 3 oz sparkling water or club soda chilled
  • 1 lemon slice or twist for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Fill a wine glass or highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour in 4 oz chilled white wine.
  3. Slowly top with 3 oz chilled sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently to combine without losing the fizz.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice or twist and serve immediately.
