Add the tequila, cold brew concentrate, agave syrup, and chocolate bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir for about 20-30 seconds, until well chilled.

Place one large ice cube in a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over it.

Twist an orange peel over the glass to release its oils, then drop it in as garnish.
