Method
- Combine the sugar, water, and dried lavender in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, simmer 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let the lavender steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool completely.
- Fill a large pitcher with ice. Add the chilled wine, lemonade, and cooled lavender syrup.
- Stir gently until fully combined.
- Top with soda water just before serving.
- Pour into glasses over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of lavender.
