Chill a champagne flute or coupe glass.

Pour the peach puree into the bottom of the glass.

Add the peach liqueur, if using.

Slowly top with chilled prosecco, filling the glass about three-quarters full.

Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a peach slice and serve immediately.
