Method
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip it into a mix of Tajín and flaky salt.
- Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice.
- Pour in the white wine and lime juice, then add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
