White Wine Mule Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz dry white wine Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
  • 3 oz ginger beer chilled
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime wheel for garnish
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint for garnish
  • Crushed ice

Method
 

  1. Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour in the white wine and fresh lime juice.
  3. Slowly top with ginger beer.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig, and serve immediately.
