Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio

ginger beer
chilled

fresh lime juice

for garnish

sprigs fresh mint
for garnish
Crushed ice
Method
Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice.
Pour in the white wine and fresh lime juice.
Slowly top with ginger beer.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig, and serve immediately.
