Method
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass and dip it in Tajín or salt.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine the white wine, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup with ice.
- Shake for about 10 seconds and strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with grapefruit soda, stir gently, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
