Method
- Add the rosemary sprig to a glass and gently muddle 2 to 3 times to release its aroma.
- Pour in the simple syrup and fresh lemon juice.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the chilled white wine and stir gently.
- Top with soda water and stir once more, lightly.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a lemon wheel.
