White Wine Spritzer with Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz dry white wine Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
  • 3 oz soda water chilled
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup rosemary-infused if available
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig plus more for garnish
  • 1 lemon wheel for garnish
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. Add the rosemary sprig to a glass and gently muddle 2 to 3 times to release its aroma.
  2. Pour in the simple syrup and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add the chilled white wine and stir gently.
  5. Top with soda water and stir once more, lightly.
  6. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a lemon wheel.
